Misc. Things and an End to the Missouri Rape Saga.

A couple little things to add.....

Arizona Republicans have apparently voted to censure John McCain for his decided non-conservative voting record.

I'm surprised it hasn't happened before. He certainly isn't very, by any measurement.

What did surprise me was a former Congresscritter by the name of Jon Kyle opening his mouth to attempt to marginalize the statewide Republican vote.

He said things like it not being at all representative of Republicans in the state and how McCain was very conservative.

How he can say these things I have no idea, especially the last one. He got downright nasty about the Republicans basically saying this was some fringe non-mainstream part of the party.

I didn't read anything that would lead me to believe this was any type of fringe element or anything of that nature. It might be but I didn't see anything to make me think so.

Further all anyone has to do is look at McCain's record to see he's definitely not much of a conservative. Not only that, but in the same article you can see a guy running for the governorship of Arizona on the Democratic ticket not only defending McCain but endorsing him fully.

That should tell you all you need to know right there.

Apparently the Republican party has decided to abandon a long held platform and endorse amnesty for all the illegals. I sincerely hope they get their asses kicked in every upcoming election and the Tea Party puts them in their place big time.

Sadly, I won't hold my breath.

The ASU has decided to suspend a fraternity and go after any students to penalize them for being part of an off campus party celebrating MLK day. Apparently this university has forgotten a US citizen's basic rights to say things people may or may not agree with.

Whether you consider their party a celebration/condemnation of what black culture has become since MLK or a racist event that is demeaning to blacks doesn't really make any difference. These people have the right to say, by way of that event, whatever they want to. The university has no, and should have no say on what people say and do especially when it was not on the university campus and other than it being students of the university has nothing to do with said university.

Unfortunately CNN and everyone else is condemning the students and no one is defending their right to be idiots or satirists if they choose which they do have a right to be.

President Obama is apparently threatening to continue his illegal actions vis-a-vis executive orders to get the liberal crap he wants to foist off upon us in place since he can't do it legislatively.

And finally a note about something else which happened in the last week, the end to an ordeal,  which was quietly mentioned without fanfare but which should have got the headline coverage its beginning did.

It didn't.

If you've read this you know that I spoke up regarding the Missouri rape case of several months back. In it everyone from the news media to the people commenting on the story eviscerated this poor guy in Missouri. The ones commenting especially took the side of the girl and called for the head of his kid who supposedly raped her.

Now without going into it all again the boy denied doing what the girl claimed. The girl was drinking, sneaked out of her house to go to a party, drank some more and had sex. The boy said it was consensual the girl, afterward, claimed it wasn't.

All I ever said was maybe people should wait before lynching this poor boy. There was and is no evidence of any sexual assault either then or now. This got me attacked with a vengeance to put it mildly.

At the time the new media was carrying days and days of it in front page headlines and blasting the airwaves with the story nonstop. It went on for a long time. It was all attacking the boy even though there was no evidence. Even though what evidence there was didn't seem to support such an attack. Even though the girl and her family were playing games about pressing charges with the prosecutor.

Nothing the sheriff had to say was believed and neither was anything the prosecutor said about it. They were also attacked. Nasty charges were leveled against each and all without any evidence to back them up. The prosecutor even stated repeatedly that he had, on the record, proof of everything he was saying and had claimed yet it did nothing to abate the viciousness with which his character and professionalism were attacked.

I came into the comment sections and said why don't we wait a minute here because its not apparent at all that a rape took place. I said there was no evidence of a conspiracy to protect the boy. There were a lot of things about the girl that called into question her basic veracity about everything.

Yet this position was completely unacceptable to those replying in those sections.

Well this week with a whimper, no front page headlines, no nonstop coverage, no weeks long splashing it everywhere, no nothing really except a buried story well down on the list and for only a day or so, if that, it was noted that I was right.

A special prosecutor was appointed and after months of trying to find a way to hang this boy out to dry the article was that there was insufficient evidence to pursue any charges against the boy. That means basically there was none. If there had been the slimmest chance of getting this boy they would have went for the jugular but there apparently wasn't. This fully matched up with what the prosecutor and sheriff had said all along.

The boy was innocent and the girl was lying. Surprise, surprise. Once again the mentality of if they say it happened then it did happen has been shown to be false. Or a better way to say it is that its been shown once again to be complete bullshit.

The boy was charged with endangering the welfare because after her friend took her out of his car he didn't wait around to see if she got her in the house which she didn't, even though her friend said she didn't need his help. Instead she dumped her "Friend" on the walk and took off, leaving her out in the cold to be found later by her family. Somehow this was the boy's fault too.

Sadly after destroying this boy and his family's reputation with the long strident attacks which were sustained for weeks and weeks by the news media. After destroying or at the very least seriously calling into question the reputations of law enforcement and the district attorney's office the news media didn't spend any time whatsoever on exonerating those which they had maligned.

Even if they had not apologized they could have at least played up the fact that this boy, this prosecutor and this sheriff were innocent of all and they had made an egregious mistake in jumping to such erroneous conclusions and then broadcasting them over and over again.

They could have at least made it front page news and main headlines in their news for a couple of days.

They didn't, and after destroying peoples' lives, they couldn't even attempt to undo a tiny bit of their damage.

For those who attacked me so vociferously and called me every appalling name in the book, this is why I suggested caution instead of jumping on the lynching bandwagon, innocent peoples' lives were either destroyed or seriously damaged all because you had to rush to judgment.

All you had to do was wait to hear some actual facts.

Do I think either the news media or people in general will learn anything from this?

No.

No, I do not.

Can't Write Properly...Scream Racism.....and Get Away With It....Welcome To Our World These Days.

A couple of days ago I ran across an article which at first made me laugh at the absurdity of it but then started to anger me coupled with disbelief.

It was an article about students at the University of California, Los Angeles who were protesting a professor who corrected their papers for improper English.

You  know, the type of stuff you've had done since you started in school. Punctuation, grammar and all that, which anyone would expect to have corrected on papers being turned in at any level much less at the college level.

On top of this the protesters were not just run of the mill students but those who already hold a Masters degree studying for their PHDs.

Now no one likes to see those red marks on their paper when the teacher gives it back to the students, myself included. But I have never done what these students decided to do.

Apparently these students who protested were black and they say that having their papers corrected is racist.

Now that appellation from blacks is certainly nothing new as they seem to deem anything which expects them to behave or conduct themselves normally as others are expected to do, to be racist.

I'm sure you all remember the Ebonics stuff from a number of years ago and the continued demand for "Black English" to be accepted and considered to be normal rather than what it actually is which is an uneducated person speaking who has never learned to speak properly. Of course God forbid any child gets corrected for speaking Blacklish.

Still hearing this made me laugh my ass off, and still laughing, I continued to read which caused me to get mad.

You see they are actually holding protests, sitins, to demonstrate a supposed culture of racism endemic within the university. This being exemplified by the correction of the use of improper English and apparently in a debate between a black student and a white one the professor in the class didn't take the black student's side. Not taking the black student's side in the debate was racist. Apparently the professor chose to remain neutral which according to the blacks isn't acceptable and shows racist attitudes. According to them he was supposed to support the black student solely because she was black and the other student was white. Doesn't matter I suppose as to whether there was any actual merit to her theory. Then again I would really respect a teacher who let the students debate two contrasting theories and remained neutral as this one did, rather than taking sides in said debate. Apparently these blacks can't appreciate that.

I wonder though what they'd say if the teacher took the white student's side. Wait, they'd really go off then, stupid question.

So I'm reading this article and the mad part is entering into it when the disbelief part starts to come in.

One of their chief complaints was a black woman who capitalized every instance of a particular word when it is not supposed to be capitalized. The professor corrected this making the first letter of each use into a small letter instead of a capitalized one.

This set them off. They claim that the black student wanted to capitalize each instance of the word and by not respecting her choice to do so that is was another blatant example of racism.

It apparently doesn't matter to these blacks that a word doesn't get capitalized just because the student wants to do it. Nor does the improper use of English in writing a term paper get excused just because the author is black. My God these people are going for a PHD and are whining like two year olds.

Another point is that correcting the use of English in a term paper isn't racist its called a teacher doing their damn job properly.

White students got their papers corrected just as well as the blacks.

So I'm reading this article, which by the way, was full of liberal nonsense code words such as "Students of color" "Racist microaggressions" and other ridiculous drivel along the same lines.

Can't forget 'Insensitivity' either of course.

Should also mention having a sensitivity person to oversee each black student and their work over the course instructor is one of their demands.

Now you'd think these people would be laughed right out of the school or at least mocked, condemned or otherwise ridiculed for their whining. I mean PHD students who apparently can't write correctly screaming racism over getting their papers corrected.

This is where more of the disbelief comes in because that is not what happened. It's not even in the same universe as what happened.

Instead the staff, teachers and administration expressed outrage that such discrimination was occurring at the school. They expressed condemnation for those practicing such racism and they went on and on about correcting it and how terribly sorry they were that such had been occurring.

Another point that should be made is apparently there are some black teachers and staff whining about racism in the school too.

That reaction went on a fair amount but it left me stunned.

Seriously? I mean, I'm just flabbergasted by that. Not one person in the story stood up to this. Not one person interviewed and presented in the story got up and said "Learn to do your work correctly and you won't have anything to whine about" or anything like that.

Instead the entire place is kowtowing to this absolute garbage being bantered about by these idiots?

I find this another example of the ridiculous out there and even more so another example of the liberal crap which has infused our society. To actually lend credence to these whining babies and even contemplate any validity to their claims is just.......unbelievable.

When will common sense return to our society. When will people ask "If you can't even write your term papers correctly then how the hell did you ever get a Master's degree in the first place, hell how did you graduate high school?"

Instead these morons are having their asses kissed by the school and told their complaints are valid.

What have we come to?

By the way, I make no claims to write correctly all the time. Then again I finished my time at college a very long time ago, plus I'm not looking for a PHD either.

My Luck

So, as the new year approached I steadily looked at the upcoming light bulb ban with great distaste.

I mean who in their right minds except the liberal environmentalist whack jobs wants to spend fifteen dollars for a light bulb that you could buy until Jan 1st for twenty-five cents? I have been buying four for a dollar for a very long time.

Certainly not me.

On top of that I don't like the new LED or fluorescent lights. The light isn't right to me and to give you an example the LED lighting produces something with a blue hue to it. Decidedly not what I want to read with or really do anything with.

Fluorescents meanwhile are something that bothers my eyes and always has. So you you have a choice between lights that don't look right and aren't nearly as effective and/or lights that bother your eyes not to mention you pay a huge amount instead of getting them cheaply as you do now.

On top of that reading about them says they have high levels of mercury and require extraordinary efforts in disposing of them not that I'd bother doing any of that crap. Fluorescents meanwhile, unless they've changed, have this habit of exploding on you. Not pleasant at all.

So as the new year approached I did what any self-respecting person with an ounce of brains would do. I bought hundreds of the bloody things so the environmentalists could have their friggin ban and I wouldn't be affected for quite some time.

Now don't get me wrong I know other ways to get around the ban but all at increased cost over what I have been paying. Increased cost is bad.

So I stocked up on light bulbs, a lot of light bulbs.

So guess what happens next?

After seven years of doing basically nothing about this assault on our freedoms in the name of the nanny state, the idiots in Washington finally, after the ban goes into effect, pass the budget deal which includes getting rid of it.

Now in checking the net for stories about it I had the misfortune to run across several rants by environmentalists about how horrible it is. The thing that got me about these rants is that they were saying things more applicable to the former Soviet Union than America.

Things like it didn't matter what people wanted, it didn't matter what the market wanted, that people wouldn't choose the crap light bulbs and needed to be forced to use them. Other things were said like people shouldn't have the choice regarding them, that the environment was much more important than a person's rights.

There was also the usual sky is falling nonsense being spouted and used as a justification to force what's best onto people, supposedly. And of course there were buzz words being bandied about like "Culture Change" which in the context being used was a call for forcing people into such a thing. Of course we're much too stupid to be allowed to decide things, this or anything else, for ourselves.

The latter was often the excuse used for forcing people to do what these nuts "Think" should be done and reading these articles, especially the comment section following, was actually a bit scary to realize all these people thought much the same and even worse.

The nasty hate filled comments surprised me in their scope and depth as well as their vitriolic harangue of anyone who didn't fall into line, their line.

Then again what was laughable was the extent they went to in an attempt to portray peoples' dislike and displeasure over the light bulb ban as non-existent. In the course of their name calling of the Right, tea party, Republicans and any anti-ban person, they continuously went out of their way to say no one was really opposed to the ban except a few weirdos. On top of that they went further to try and say most people weren't bothered by the ban. Then, of course, was when they started in on why the "People" had to be forced into buying these light bulbs they don't want.

Sometimes I found myself asking why on earth are they going on about everyone liking the ban then spending most of their article calling for forcing all these same people into buying the new crap. I mean if everyone likes the new crap and wants it why does anyone need to be forced into buying it?

I know stupid question.......still.

While the articles intimated it the comment sections outright called anyone not agreeing with this social engineering crap, stupid, lacking in intelligence, right wing, neanderthal, and more of the like. Not to mention of course anti-environment, anti-world, anti-nature, anti-progress, and even more.

But in the end what matters is no one wants the new crap bulbs expect the light bulb industry. One key facet of the articles which I mentioned above is that all said no one is buying the new light bulbs because no one likes them or their cost which leads into their call for forcing them to buy said bulbs. The market clearly showed the peoples' preference and it wasn't what the environmentalists wanted, it never is.

So in continuing my luck in life, after I bought all these normal light bulbs the government finally got off their arse and fixed the problem so normal light bulbs can continue without restriction.

Ah, so much fun but then again in researching the net for this post I found a site with several hundred bulbs in bulk sold for a very good price.

At least I'll have that if I should need it in the future.

What I don't intend to ever do though is actually buy these new pieces of crap much less use them.

While I was quite happy to see something finally done, I also don't hold out much hope that sooner or later some liberal won't come along and screw us once again.

So I will keep stocking up and suggest you do the same, unless you like the crap of course.

Long live the venerable light bulb! :)

Liberals In Action.....again

You know the saying I've said a few times in my posts about liberals are all for free speech as long as it's their speech?

Well another great example of this was in this article Speak other than liberal, you can't work here! where an actress who endorsed a Republican candidate in California lost her job for doing so.

Maria Conchita Alonso a long time actress and one which I have always enjoyed seeing endorsed this candidate recently in an ad.

In response she lost her job because the liberal employers didn't like a conservative being associated with them nor what she had to say. Now this was not in any way associated with the job she was hired to do which was act in a play, but instead something completely separate.

So she lost her job and the liberal running the play made a point of saying that Mrs. Alonso definitely had the right to say whatever she wanted to but that they had the right to object to what she says.

The question I have is do they have the right to fire someone as their means of objection?

I certainly hope not and I hope Mrs. Alonso takes whatever legal actions are open to her to make a statement about this so it never happens again.

Taking someone's employment, someone's livelihood, away from them because you don't like what they have to say is a frightening precedent if its allowed to stand.

I wonder how the liberals would like it and what would happen if a conservative employer fired Hanoi Jane for what she said and did as an objection to it?

I bet it wouldn't be okay then. Substitute whatever liberal whack job actor/actress you like and you get the idea.

I further bet if the shoe was on the other foot that such actions would be met not only with outrage but quickly made to be illegal if its not already.

Its like I have said, free speech is perfectly acceptable if it agrees with the liberals otherwise forget it.

A Couple Things On Today's News

Kind of quiet today really compared with annoying things over the last week.

There are a couple of minor things though that I'll have a word about since I've been tied up on the big ones lately.

First the immigration thing. Everyone including the Republicans, who are supposed to be fighting this, are jumping on board the amnesty bandwagon.

This is appalling not to mention frightening for the future of our country. Adding twelve or thirteen odd million people into our country legally will be even worse than it already is to have them here illegally.

As it stands now the illegals overburden our system and its resources to a tremendous extent as it is. Imagine how much worse its going to be if they all get legalized.

Schools are overcrowded by them, they are forced to instruct them in a language other than English in the name of bilingual education. The amount of crime and disruptive as well as other undesirable behavior that comes with them is staggering. Illness follows them as they often come with third world illnesses into a first world county. Many are not vaccinated which further threatens the rest of us and our children.

The insistence by and capitulation to providing cultural, educational, and national instruction in other than American ideas, values and culture is beyond belief. The strife this often causes breaks over into the national spotlight on occasion such as the recent California cases where the Mexican national flag was not only encouraged to be flown on an American school but the school administration placed preference on said flag over the American one. In addition said administration attacked and penalized American students who wanted to or did display the American flag or protested the elevation of the Mexican one over ours.

Our health care system in some states is literally overwhelmed with illegals seeking free medical care for everything and those American citizens in those areas are the ones who suffer for allowing it.

This isn't new either sadly but something that has been going on for many, many years yet the politicians often not only encourage it but decry any attempt to combat illegals.

Our police and legal system is overburdened by illegals as well and all these things represent vast amounts of money and resources being wasted to accommodate people who aren't even supposed to be here.

The scary part is that the political party who has always tried to stand in the way of these people invading our country is now stepping aside and holding up a welcome sign.

Arizona a couple of years back had the right idea and it worked.

They essentially made life so inhospitable for the illegals to live in Arizona that there occurred a mass exodus from the state. This exodus was so massive that it resulted in California suing Arizona or the massive numbers of illegals who flocked to California, long known as illegal friendly.

They asked for it but sure didn't like it when they all started coming. The point is that huge numbers of illegals RAN from the state of Arizona when what were clearly effective measures were put in place.

That is what we need on a nationwide basis not giving in and inviting the hordes of invaders in with open arms. This is an invasion pure and simple and we are allowing our country to be overrun by it. Not only that but legalizing the invasion is beyond comprehension. It's not right and shouldn't be allowed.

You fight and you turn back invaders to your land, you don't make them legal for doing it.

Implementing the concepts originated by Arizona to make life unbearable if you're here illegally on a nationwide basis would very likely have the same results it did on the statewide level. It would force the illegals to run and since the laws would cover all of the United States and not just one state there would be nowhere within the US for the illegals to hide. They would have to leave. They would have to go back to Mexico or whatever third world cesspool originated them rather than remaining to destroy our country.

Its been proven to work so the question is why our lawmakers are not following that path rather than appeasement and legalization. That is no more than a reward to the invaders for invading our land and rather successfully taking over large swaths of it.

Stand up and fight is what we need, not roll over and cave.

Another thing in today's news is Harvey Weinstein who apparently has said he's going to make a movie that will make the NRA wish they were never alive.

I just laughed and still am every time I read about it and am now as I write this.

Let me explain what ole Harvey means here.

He is going to make a movie which is filled with a slanted viewpoint. One full of lies, twisted truths, misrepresentations, liberal bullshit and other tripe of the same nature and call it an enlightening exhibition of the truth behind the most egregious organization in existence.

What you won't see is any semblance of reality or honest truth in it. You won't see the liberal leftist politicians constantly saying they want to ban all guns, confiscate all guns, register all guns so they know who has them when or if they need to take them for whatever idiotic reason they might come up with.

What you won't see is that the NRA and so many guns owners fight encroachment onto our second amendment rights not because we're some bunch of loons as the left likes to make out but because we've seen for twenty, thirty, forty years the left stating unequivocally that their sole goal is to take away our guns. Their sole goal is to remove guns from America. They idolize England and other countries where those rights have been taken away.

So yes, it comes down to any attempts by the left to do just about anything to guns elicits a very strong and very well deserved response with plenty of justification. against it. Since the left have made it abundantly clear that they wish to take away our rights totally if they could have their way then anytime one hears a leftist spouting reassurances about if we'd only do this it won't infringe your rights, you'll forgive us if we're beyond skeptical about it.

So don't expect too much correct out of the tripe which this film will be. Hopefully no one will waste money on it either and it'll be another leftist propaganda bomb as most of theirs are.

Which brings me to the last thing for today.

LZ Granderson and an article on CNN.

First let me say that Mr. Granderson is a liberal in most of what he believes from what I see of his writing. With that said I would also like to point out that at times he almost appears conservative as well. I went to CNN to find the proper spelling of his name when it took me to a list of his articles which I have read a number of.

I ended up completely reading and/or rereading most of the ones in the list.

It struck me in the end Mr. Granderson is, most of all, a human being. While I didn't agree with a fair amount of what he wrote, his opinions are real and make you pause for thought and contemplation which is what someone who writes such hopes to have happen. That is whether or not someone reading it agrees with them or not.

As an example he wrote a piece about his son during the Martin mess and it also included a link to a piece about a thirteen year old boy named Drew Olglesby and his best friend and mother.

I didn't agree with a lot of what Mr. Granderson wrote but both articles from him really touched me and made me stop and think for a bit. They didn't change my mind about some things but it did make me think more about them and my thoughts about them. The reality of what he wrote made me sad for those children, his and Drew as well as the parents of them, and made me wonder how we can change that in a meaningful way for those children.  In the end it made me realize that maybe my opinions on the things weren't as strident as they were before, on this or that, than after I read those articles.

Some things he wrote in those and other articles I found myself agreeing with or being stopped and made to think about it. I find as I write this I still am thinking about what I read.

I don't know about Mr. Granderson but when I write I hope that what I write might have the same effect on someone who reads it as he does with me.

I was going to make some snide comments about his latest article but really, after reading those pieces by him, I don't feel like doing that.

What I will say is this.

He said the movie 12 years a slave is a bomb at the box office because people were afraid of the issue shown in the movie and by inference because of racism. I don't know really. I haven't see the movie and don't even know if its any good. I do have issue with the idea that the R word etc gets brought up automatically as a reason a movie fails. Essentially saying white people don't want to know about that part of their history which automatically supposes race plays a part. Maybe the movie sucks? I don't know but I'd really look for other reasons why its a box office disaster first before trotting out that.

You may find that it, like other leftist films which come out and bomb, isn't really any good even if liberals like to find any other reason besides that fact to explain their failure.

I haven't seen the movie because I have no interest in seeing it. I also don't have an interest in seeing "Bad Grandpa" or a host of other movies out. It doesn't have anything to do with race its just I don't have any interest in it or them.

I do believe that if a movie is good or great it will do well and if its not.....

Message isn't really the point, whether its a good one or a bad one yet that seems to be what is most concerning here. People aren't getting the message which is trying to be sent.

Then again, maybe I'm wrong here, we'll see.

In the last couple of days and last night in particular I wrote lamenting the culture and thought process that is so endemic within a large segment of the black and Mexican community. I said someone needed to stand up from that community and say its wrong.

Tonight reading his columns I found one which did exactly that. It also reminded me that while that way of thinking is endemic to a large segment of the black and Mexican populations its also present in too many of the white population as well.

That is something that is too easily overlooked when you begin focusing on only certain aspects of a problem. In this case mine was focused on blacks and Mexicans to the exclusion of all else.

Reading that article made me realize that it does encompass others outside that community and that note should also be made of that too.

I failed to do so. While I think its is a bigger problem still within those two communities, neither, I realize, have the monopoly.

I would strongly suggest reading Mr. Granderson's article on the subject as well as his other columns just because they're damn good ones, liberal or not.

Bad kids or Bad Parents?

Racism....Again......NOT

First off can someone please tell me why a poster will not read two days worth of detailed comments, proceed to put up his rant about everything you've already answered in detail and then attack you because they did not read what you bothered to say?

Then again I doubt he would have liked what I said anyway because he was another whiny bleeding heart wanker who couldn't grasp the simple concept of fight the cops get your ass kicked.

Oh well, I don't know why I bother to get worked up about people incapable of simple reading comprehension but I still do.

I know it's a lost cause but damn........sometimes!

Anyway I was reading and ran into an article by some group which I had the great fortune to never have heard of before which really makes me wish I still hadn't heard of them.

More of the liberal BS and its from an article in something called Colorlines from a group called Race Forward: The Center For Racial Justice.

That should tell you all a great deal right there and what it tells you is exactly what you'd expect. Liberal, race based, whiny ass complaining about anything and everything. Progressives.

But in this case it ties back into my post about the culture which exists in so much of the black population mentioned in my "Thug Video" post.

I read this article and after I stopped laughing I realized that these pathetic people are actually serious about the things they said.

Now that really disturbed me. The idea that they would say things which are so ridiculous yet do so in such a serious manner as if they were actual valid problems and solutions is kind of scary.

It is that because they are dead serious about what they are saying in that article which anyone with common sense and an ounce of brain matter would simply shrug off as the rantings of the idiot mind, that disturbs me the most.

But they don't and they expect not only to propagate this absurd mentality upon the rest of us and society in general but they actually seem to think there comments have a shred of validity.

Again this goes directly to the entire concept of a sick mentality pervading large parts of certain communities which I covered in the "Thug" post.

The entire article was about basically a sob story about a "Crisis" in black and Mexican youth employment.

Now it has been shown that minorities have a higher unemployment rate than whites although the reasons are debatable and not necessarily all about racism as so many blacks and liberals would like to make it. At least not in my opinion.

What the article does though is not address impediments to employment that may actually be major reasons impacting said unemployment such as environment, dress, manner, education, attitude, employment history, criminal history and other legitimate factors that do need to be taken into account but instead blame it all on racism. Then they call for the usual let's not hold them responsible for anything crap and you get a nice liberal whiny black, progressive bunch of horse manure.

So lets start with the two basic premises of this article.

Besides the usual whining about blacks and Mexicans not going to college or graduating from it they bring up the fact that the two groups tend to be more criminal and get either referred to law enforcement or arrested in school for offenses which they commit.

According to them and they play with the numbers here, the school age population of Mexican and Blacks is less than 40%. They then don't say how many of that 40% they are talking about but use a different guideline to say of those referred to law enforcement or arrested at school 70% of them are black and Mexican.

The way they put it and if you don't read it carefully it looks like they make up less than 40% of the school population yet make up 70% of those arrested etc.

That is not the case.

They, of course, attribute it to racism, their favorite word but what they don't do is look at whether the Mexicans and blacks commit more criminal acts, more violent offenses and more arrestable and/or referable acts.

Just because more blacks et al get arrested than whites might just be because more blacks and Mexicans deal drugs, are violent and generally do other things like assaults, rapes, robberies etc. much more than whites do either among adults or children.

They like to use this in areas where the communities are all minority too. Take South Central in 1990, an all black community.

Not only will the blacks get in trouble more than the non-existent white kids in the area schools but blacks will be arrested more in that area than the non-existent whites will. Yet people like this group will claim because of the high numbers of blacks who are arrested vs whites arrested it proves racism when it does nothing of the sort. There just aren't any whites around to be included in the numbers.

This also goes back to how and what kind of environment these kids are raised in.

The other big point is, according to them, that 60% of the people in jail right now are either black or Mexican. Not only that but huge numbers of blacks et al are former felons and that is the basis for calling for an end to what they outright call "Employment discrimination" for offenders. That means an end to not hiring people who have criminal records because its racist and discriminatory, supposedly, according to them.

They blame everybody but the blacks and Mexicans for their own problems. These people shit in their own nests and then complain that it stinks in there.

According to these people writing this article something must be done by, I guess, whites to make sure blacks and Mexicans not only get to college but graduate no matter what. According to them and our dear AG Holder, we must stop holding blacks and Mexicans to the same behavior standard as others (Read whites et al) and stop having them arrested for criminal behavior or have their actions referred to the police. The AG has even been so kind as to threaten schools nationwide that the Justice Dept. would sue unless blacks et al stop getting in trouble as much as they do.

Again no one says maybe we should be addressing their behavior rather than trying to not get them in trouble for doing wrong.

The other thing is, in these peoples' opinion, which I've seen many other places as well, we must stop sending minorities to prison for committing crimes because so many of them are in jail or convicted felons that it makes life difficult for them.

Of course no mention is made of doing something to get them to stop being criminals which btw would stop them going to jail at all.

God forbid we address that.

And then there is the bitching about employers who run criminal background checks on blacks and Mexicans and then refuse to hire them because of their criminal history.

They actually call it discrimination and demand an end to it. This goes with the states which have been passing laws banning employers from asking applicants about having a criminal background at all.

I was stunned when I first heard about it and frankly couldn't believe it but its happening all over the country and from reading this article I get the sense its a concerted push by the liberals to once again circumvent personal responsibility and excuse minorities from having to reap what they have sown.

Again no one says anything about tackling the root problem which is them committing crimes which land them in jail in the first place. Instead once again its about some white guy screwing them over because he doesn't want a felon working there.

Gee, God forbid the 7-11 owner who doesn't want the guy who just got out of prison for robbing and killing clerks in five 7-11 stores to be a clerk in his.

This is the overwhelming problem which exists for the blacks and Mexicans but mostly blacks out there and the liberal apologists that go along with them in the name of appeasement and God knows what else.

Its all about excusing undesirable and bad behavior while at the same time making excuses which get put into law for them who conduct themselves in such a manner.

I watched this interview on CNN tonight (old) where a Ms. Jackson, who is black, spent the seven minute interview screaming racism, screaming everything actually but not doing the one thing which was most important. Accepting that the problem wasn't with Omaha police or the OPA but with that "Thug" child, his mother, his family and being raised in that environment. Not only did she absolutely not accept that she wouldn't even admit any problem existed at all. I will say the black host of the interview was the opposite and told her in no uncertain terms this was a huge problem and not only that but he'd heard from police around the country who saw the same thing every single day just like in Omaha.

So this does tie into the the Omaha "Thug" video and I'll go into that now as its all part and parcel of the problems not only endemic within the black et al community but within our society as well.

Here's some ideas to counter the liberal BS from people like this "Racial Justice" organization.

Lets start with the environment which exists among a sad number of black communities around the country.

The Omaha video wasn't the exception it was the rule. This kind of environment not only exists around the country in black neighborhoods but it has existed for decades.

They think its perfectly fine and acceptable. They have appeasers and apologists who constantly tell them its okay to be that way.

They don't see any problem with being and fostering that type of life at all.

The problem is that little boy and the thousands upon thousands like him across this land are being raised in such a mess that the chances of a child in that environment making anything of himself or herself, succeeding at life are abysmal at best.

Add multi-generational dysfunction, criminality, teen pregnancy, lack of a father, lack of any decent role models, low education of everyone, lack of speaking proper English, crime and a list of other things leaves you with each birth being a gesture of futility for that child.

It's over before he/she makes it out of the birth canal.

Instead of being told this life is wrong and bad they get told its fine. They believe its great and they are actually in many, many instances proud of being like they are.

Remember that kid's mother was just sorry she got caught, not anything that was in the video, just that someone posted it and thereby caused her problems.

If it was an isolated mentality it would be sad and you could move on but when it is the mentality of a large percentage of a race it moves into a whole other dimension.

A baby is born into a cesspool. Likely no father around, uneducated mother, often a child herself, a family of at least undesirables if not criminals, drug dealers, gang bangers or other such detritus.

That is the first disaster which occurs. The chances for that child are horrible of having any kind of decent life as most people think of it.

Lack of money, education, and a poor environment are what face this child for its first years. There is a move to put kids at two years into pre-school but it doesn't remove the home life which is destroying these children merely gives them a short respite.

By the time that child enters kindergarten at age five assuming they do enter at that age the child has not likely had any educational support at home. Its likely the child has not had much behavioral support either and has been exposed to non desirable elements in his or her life which have had a negative impact. Such as baby thug has suffered with is an example.

The child is also likely not to speak English correctly and a movement has been in place for a number of years to not correct this because it might make the child feel bad rather than take the stance that it needs to be corrected so the child can get ahead and succeed in this world.

The child enters school but is likely to have little to no support at home while the teachers are not likely to have the support of the parent/s or relatives either. Homework does not get done or done correctly, discipline which has been lacking in the child's life now causes problems when said child is expected to behave and gets into trouble for not doing so.

The parent/s or relatives often attack the school over their child getting into trouble for not behaving as required and the same holds true for not performing well in school.

Its not the child's fault of course or the families' but that of the racists doing this to the child. This is reinforced by such drivel as was in this article.

The child is often violent or exhibits violent behavior, criminality and other problems mainly due to like exposure in his home environment. That may include the neighborhood in which he lives as well as in the home.

As time goes on the bad behavior and home life is reinforced and requirements conducive to learning and good behavior are clearly shown to the child to be unimportant and undesirable by his environment. Couple that with being allowed to get away with the unacceptable behavior as far as his family is concerned and performing poorly in school and homework and the problem escalates.

Add in the schools which often spend more time on social bs than actual academic work or requirements and the kids are screwed.

The child learns at home and elsewhere that crime is good, violence is good, not dressing appropriately is good, not speaking correctly is good, not getting an education is good, not doing homework or performing well in school is fine, that misbehaving is okay and a host of other undesirable behaviors and actions.

Through all this the child and his education are woefully failing by any considerations used by regular people to measure success. Family often fights failing a child among the minority community because their attitude and belief is one where social promotion is much more important than that of academic success and mastery. Not only that but they often sue and demonstrate any attempt to fail minority children and do so using the race card to further harm their children.

Throughout the child's life the parent/s and/or families reinforce the negative aspects of the child's environment and encourage the child to be that above anything else to the detriment of the child.

The violence and criminality along with all other negative aspects only increases with age which is the cause of the high number of blacks and minorities being arrested and/or referred to law enforcement.

By the time many black children reach twelfth grade IF they are still in school the likelihood of graduation is not all that great and the ones who do graduate I question whether they actually can perform at a 12th grade level.

All their problems are blamed on racism though instead of what they actually are. Its never because mom threw a fit over the school wanting to fail her kid. Its never because the parent never did homework with the child. Its never because the parent couldn't even be bothered to make their kid do the homework at all. Its never because the parent had a fit when their kid got in trouble for whatever instead of the kid getting into trouble at home from said parent. Its never about them, its always about someone else who is to blame when a mirror would hold all the answers to this community.

The time to be bitching is before these children are even born into this kind of life. Some clear things need to be said starting with this lifestyle is not acceptable. Period.

No one will say it though. No one will say get your act together because raising a kid like that will no longer be tolerated by society. No one will say that your crappy life isn't something to strive for but something to be immensely sad about. No one will tell them said life is bad and shameful not something to be proud of and want for themselves or their children.

Instead its all about racism. Its all about the tests are unfair to blacks, its about asking them to dress decently is racist to the blacks, asking them to do homework is unfair since there is no one who has the education at home to help them, its about failing them is racist and demanding them to be able to actually read, write and do math at grade level is unfair and also racist.

Its about asking them to speak correctly is racist, asking them to behave correctly is discriminatory, asking them to not beat other students is racist and asking them to behave is not fair because of their bad life and the lists go on but what it never is, ever is telling them its their fault and they are responsible for things being the way they are.

Nobody tells these kids nor expects them to not be criminals. Its an acceptable thing because mommy is or daddy is. Its acceptable because grandma and grandpa are as well as their aunts, uncles, and cousins, maybe even brothers and sisters along with great grandparents. It is never about this is wrong, its bad and its not something to strive for in your life.

Why is it so wrong to impress strongly upon these children that if they don't want a criminal record which will impede them getting a good job then maybe they shouldn't do criminal things which result in having such a record?

Why?

Its not the white business owner being a racist that is the problem its the black man who dealt drugs, robbed a store or did some other criminal act so why should everyone be penalized because of an individuals actions. Why won't someone say you did the crime and this is what you get?

Rather than cowtow to these blacks and minorities why aren't standards set like they used to be and blacks not excused from meeting them. Why aren't schools saying you aren't speaking properly anymore and then correcting them and ensuring that they do speak proper English. I can tell you speaking blacklish isn't going to get you hired at my company if I still owned one.

Why aren't kids required to prove competency as they used to be before being passed to the next grade no matter how much the parents and Jesse Jackson cry about it?

Why aren't kids being told that gang banger clothes and pants down around their knees aren't acceptable clothing? Every time I used to see a teen with pants like that, hell I still do, I'd tell them to get a belt, why can't schools? Why on Earth do groups like this protest schools who do tell these kids to pull up there pants and do tell them them that dressing like that isn't acceptable. Again its the R word which gets brought out. God forbid common sense prevails.

Why are blacks demanding that criminal behavior in children in school be overlooked rather than cracked down upon?

Why isn't social services in there removing children in this environment rather than chasing decent parents for giving their kid a crack on the ass? Hell why is this environment being excused and allowed to flourish?

Why don't we make these blacks and Mexicans learn what most white parents teach their kids. Crime, drugs, violence except self defense, beating others up, robbing them, killing them, bad behavior, and that a good chunk of the black culture are all unacceptable. That education, good behavior and presentation are important amongst other things.

We should be enforcing these kids getting a good education and forcing them to behave. We should get them away from environments like the thug baby are living in and we should no longer make excuses for a large part of their society to get away with bad behavior on many fronts.

If these kids were in supportive, good, decent environments and learned that the bad is not acceptable, if they were made to learn and had support at home, if they were made to behave at school and at home with backing from parents for the teachers, if the undesirable elements were not allowed around these children, if they got good grades and stayed out of trouble they would receive a good education. They would not be in jail or referred to law enforcement nor would they be arrested in such great numbers.

If schools could kick out and keep out the bad while keeping the good instead of being forced to put up with them it would work wonders. Then again if schools would go back to teaching the basics and leave the social liberal bs for college it would do even more wonders.

They wouldn't be failing constantly in school and in trouble for acting the part of the thug environment that they are raised in.

They would go on to college on merit rather than a drive to put them there whether they could actually succeed and do the work or not. They would have more jobs because they would be educated, have a good presentation and know respect which they sorely lack now.

Getting these kids into good decent environments and taking away the race card and all the excuses which allow them to do so poorly would do more for blacks than any crap groups like this could possibly conceive.

For adults start with what is acceptable and decent and what is not. Start with teaching them what is wrong with their society and why they consistently fail rather than tell them its all because of someone else's fault. Tell them to look in the mirror. Tell them they have to change their culture and the environment which these kids are brought into if they wish to have any hope for their children's future.

Tell them to take the R word out of their vocabulary and start inserting proper English into it. Tell them to stand up for what is right rather than advance what is wrong.

Be a parent instead of screwing a million girls and getting them pregnant then walking away. Support your kids and do what you have to in order to see that they succeed.

Do something with your lives besides sit and tell me I have to excuse everything, make allowances for everything, ignore everything so you don't get in trouble or can get a job. Don't tell me I have give up common sense and what is right and proper in order to make you feel better when you've not done a damn thing to earn it.

Take responsibility for yourselves and the problems within your community, the problems with your children and the problems with their schools.

Just stand up for a change and be a decent human being who wants the same things regular folk want for themselves and their families.

It ain't easy, it ain't always fun and its a lot of work but every time you look into your child's face you should know deep down its worth it.

Continue blaming everyone but yourselves and no matter how much bullshit you get passed to mask your troubles you'll still never succeed until you make those decisions to change for yourself.

This groups' idea to sweep even more of your garbage under the rug won't help you, only you making changes can help you.

While you wait its just more of your future going down the toilet.

Omaha Police and Thuggery Video. Real Life Exposed and guess who doesn't like it?

I haven't said anything yet but this issue is one which is one of the ones I mentioned in the police post which made me start this up again.

While many make this out to be something new its not really. I can remember back in the 80s and 90s the same basic thing.

So lets start with the Omaha Police Assoc. who released this video in the first place.

Now a couple of things here, everything the OPA said is accurate and spot on about the blacks and that applies to other minorities as well as good ole white trash too.

You seem to see it a lot more with blacks and to a lesser extent other minorities though and this can't be argued or dismissed.

Does the video accurately reflect black culture and the way they raise their children in too many cases?

The answer sadly is yes.

This is what a large percentage of black people are like and it is muti-generational as shown in the following days after release of the video.

The grandmother is a felon, the family are gang members and druggies and the kid has already been shot in a drive-by gang shooting aimed at others of his family.

This is not something new to the boy its something that is his heritage and that of his mother and her mother etc. on back for many years. Its his entire family.

This is the same as it is in south central LA or Cabrini Greens in Chicago. Pick your place and you will see it.

The kid was removed from the home along with three other children in the days following the release of the video. Not only that but you came to find out that the family are long time CPS customers. The mother and baby had been moved and resettled to try to keep them away from the gang life in the past and apparently are going to be again.

The problem is a paraphrase of the old saw about you can take the baby and family out of the ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out of the baby and his family. In this case add gang to that.

The video as most of America already knows shows some trash calling this baby names, challenging it to fight, calling it a "Pussy", getting it to repeat things back to them. (Bad words and bad things)

Those bad things included such wonderful phrases like "Say suck my d***" and others. They also included getting the baby to say what gang they were a part of. As apparently the family were members of a particular gang.

What I find very disturbing in it, amongst other things, was this kid without prompting saying a whole bunch of swear words all on his own and also on his own sticking his middle finger up and a well practiced and quite comfortable use of it too. It wasn't the first time by a long shot.

Now according to CNN the boy used vulgar language 35 times in the amount of time which the video encompasses and from what I could tell that did not include the egged on words. I might be wrong about that but either way it wasn't a pretty picture of this child's life.

In a subsequent interview the mother in another example of the problem denies her baby ever says bad words like were in the video. Further she rails against either the brother or brother's friend, I'm not sure which because it keeps changing, for taking the video and posting the video. That was the big thing, not her son being talked to that way or the fact he said all those things but that this person took a video of it and posted it. Her comment was we wouldn't be having any problems if the video hadn't been taken and posted. Further she said all their problems were because the video had been taken and put up.

There is where she sees the blame. In getting caught, not in a child having to live that way. Not in the things said to the child and certainly not in all the things the child said but in the video being posted online and getting caught because of said video.

That's sad, it really and truly is. Its also a perfect example of the culture which has come to exist today and especially true for blacks.

So the OPA says they released the video to show the people of Omaha what their officers have to deal with in terms of a culture of violence, thuggery and criminality inherent in the black population of Omaha on a daily basis. They want the public to truly see what they deal with all the time.

Then they go on to say its not racist and has nothing to do with race.

Okay lets start with number one. That is wholly accurate. This is real life. This is what cops, social workers, paramedics, teachers and others deal with each and every day. Its heartbreaking to witness and know that no one will do anything about it or speak up and say this is unacceptable. To know no one will do anything to stop it.

What is worse is to know that its not because it doesn't need to be stopped or doesn't need to be spoken up about but because people are too afraid of being called racist if they say or do anything to end it or the cycle of which its a symptom.

That is just a sad fact as will be illustrated in the next little bit.

Now number two assertion from the OPA is complete BS.

It definitely is racist and its meant to show whites just what crap the cops have to deal with from the blacks every day.

For the OPA to take the stance it has nothing to do with race is extremely dishonest on multiple levels for multiple reasons.

Whether the reasoning behind releasing it was because the cops are racists or because they're just tired of being called racists I don't know. I would say probably the latter but I don't know for sure.

What I do know from reading is that the blacks don't like the police there anymore than they do most everywhere else. They have been whining and complaining about them and apparently got the ACLU in there to file lawsuits for "Discrimination" against the police. God knows what else but I wouldn't be surprised if it also included complaints of excessive force. That is a common tactic and practice by blacks against the police.

So yeah, the black aspect certainly played a part in releasing the video but that doesn't mean by any stretch of the imagination that the validity of the video is compromised in any way because its not.

The video as I said represents reality for far too many black and minority children in this country. This is the cesspool they are being raised in and what is so sad is that the parents and families often as is the case here from everything I've seen think its alright and just fine and dandy.

Its not.

Now as I also said I've seen this before, its not new. Back in the 80s and 90s I saw it in LA. Blacks and Mexicans gang members would raise their children the same way. I was horrified the first time I saw a two month old child with a gang tattoo at the end of his eye.

You saw it on small children and babies and these parents were proud of it, bragged about it and certainly had no intention of changing it.

I watched them talk about these children and babies as the next generation of bangers to be raised by them in the gang from birth. They were giddy to have babies and children to do this too. Yet then as now no one spoke up about this atrocity being perpetrated upon small innocent and vulnerable children.

No one said or did anything and it was a human interest type piece on the news not a condemnation of what was taking place.

Those children were thrown away for all intents and purposes to a life of shit because nobody would.

All these years later this video surfaces showing the same thing basically and what is absolutely astounding is the reaction to it.

At least one black community leader, CNN commentators, the ACLU and the police chief of Omaha denonced the release of the video and said it would upset blacks in that city. They also of course brought out the R word and the community leader even went so far as to tear into the OPA for condemning the child to a life of crime, criminality and thuggery before he's out of diapers.

Yet isn't that exactly what the family and 16 year old mother of this baby is already doing and will continue to do since she doesn't apparently see anything wrong with that life?

Isn't that what it will mean to every black child in this country who is being raised with those values and that ideology?

Living that kind of life holds nothing but a bad outcome for that baby and all those other children unless a child can take the extraordinary step of denying everything they've been raised to think and believe and everything their families' think and believe to break with that life and go beyond it.

What are the realistic chances of that happening? I know it does but how many ever do that vs how many are left in that same type of environment to become copies of their parent, grandparents, uncles and aunts etc.? To be thugs, criminals, druggies, violent, single parent or absentee father, or a whole host of other undesirable things which exist within that culture.

The ACLU says its racist and in response to a lawsuit they filed on behalf of blacks the day before. Maybe so but its still accurate and its still an in your face example of what the cops have to deal with daily. It doesn't negate that no matter how much the blacks and ACLU hate it. It represents a very serious problem endemic to the black community there and elsewhere.

Sure maybe the OPA said enough is enough, take a look at real life since you're accusing us of being the bad guys, take a look at the real bad guys all over this city. Is that something so bad to have done?

I'd get tired of being accused of stuff all the time too when its usually not true and if I had such a clear cut example of the trash I had to deal with I'd put it out there so people could see what I deal with and understand exactly who is complaining about me doing my job. (NOT LE BTW)

Then we have yet another police chief who apparently lacks a set who quickly distanced himself and the department from all the department's police officers. He basically said something to the effect that the video will upset the blacks who are already upset about pretty much everything already. Surprise there in that, the blacks in Omaha don't like the police anymore than the ones in LA do. He denounced the video and made it clear he doesn't agree with what was said about it or its content. God forbid the truth of things shines through the bullshit.

I guess its more of that whole "They shouldn't be telling me what to do" crap. (Cleaned up into English)

I already addressed the black community leader who is more incensed that black culture was thus exposed and the reality of what was shown which he didn't want shown than any concern for the reality of that child's life or any other children living in similar shitholes.

The ACLU of course is the ACLU and doesn't give a damn about anything like common decency or children's lives as long as their constituency isn't upset since showing the blacks in their element definitely has a negative impact on their anti-police narrative.

In the end through all the bull surrounding this whole case the child here will lose, as sadly is usually the case.

They won't take him away from that kind of life and put him in a decent home, they'll just gloss it over, maybe provide "Counseling" to the teen mom and forget all about it unless more abuse comes up.

I'm certainly not a proponent of social services and have a lot of problems with them but something needs to be done.

If one could know these children would get into good decent homes and out of this kind of life then I would applaud the idea of taking these kids out of these homes and putting them into decent ones.

Sadly we don't have enough foster homes of any kind much less good ones for the kids already in the system and that holds more true for black children who nobody seems to want.

While these kids need to be out of that environment as quickly as possible which means taking them away from the trash called parents and other family members of like persuasion I don't know what could be done with them when looking at the reality of it.

At this point I'm almost at the point of saying anything would be better than what they've got but then again knowing about group homes and such I just can't say it yet.

Maybe large scale orphanage type places need to be brought back and made use of.

I don't know.

What I do know is that that young boy is facing a life that no child should be subjected to but first people have to start letting the black community know that the life in question is not a good one and that it is not an acceptable one for children to be subjected to.

Someone needs to say its wrong and then maybe solutions to rescue these children from a vicious cycle can be found.

Someone needs to get these children away from these kind of people.

It would be real nice to finally see one of these "Community leaders" from the black community stand up and be that someone instead of bitching about their lives being exposed. I don't hold out any hope though that one will stand up for what's right but who knows, maybe someday.

Its been over twenty years since I first saw children exposed to this type of life and nothing has been done so I am left with only one question.

When will it happen and how many children must be thrown away like this boy before it does?

More like children or teens than adults these days

An additional comment to yesterday's post about the police and the case in SoCal.

I find the comments fascinating to say the least.

The latest in this case, although not others, being that you don't have to follow commands or orders from a law enforcement officer.

This attitude has been evidenced in prior conversations to my complete surprise and I have to wonder where these people get such notions.

This is especially true when over and over again these use of force incidents show up in the news where the problem is the people did not comply and do exactly that which they needed to do and force got used upon them.

At some point you would think people would get the idea. Don't do what you're told and you get in trouble.

I mean I know this is a stupid question but don't parents teach their children to do what they are told to do anymore???

I sure as hell was. If I didn't there were painful consequences to not doing so.

Yet over and over again its like watching a recalcitrant child yelling no and thinking they can do that. Acting surprised and shocked when they get their butt's tanned over not doing so.

Why can't people grasp this? I mean my kids basically had it down pat by the time they were four years old or so. You don't listen and do what you're told you get into trouble, period.

Sure they needed reminders now and again, never so much as when they hit the terrible teens, but overall they got the message.

I do notice that like mouthy and whiny teens these people give the usual "We don't have to do nothing if we don't want to." and "Who are they to tell me what to do" type blather so well known to parents everywhere.

But the problem is these people are supposedly adults not teens or children.

They should bloody well know better yet they seem not to. I watch repeatedly in these cases where people get up with the same inane crap spewing from their mouth as you would expect from a child or teenager not an adult.

And while I've seen it before I got hit with the most ridiculous statement by one poster in his reply to me.

A cop telling you what to do and any law requiring you to obey a command or order from a peace officer is unconstitutional.

WTF?

Seriously? Unconstitutional?

Sorry, BZZZZZZZZ WRONG!

And this people is in a nutshell why you have in many cases a use of force to effect compliance.

This attitude of they don't have to do what they're told.

Please get this through your heads.

YES YOU DO!!!

There is nothing in the Constitution that says you get to stick your finger up to an authorized authority giving you an order or command. Nothing! You have redress but at the time you better obey or else suffer the consequences and when you do please don't get up all whiny and cry about it.

So other than having things like cowards and bullies being thrown around to describe police officers trying to get someone to comply and stop fighting which again is extremely ridiculous the only other one of note was some guy comparing the police to the torture and such of detainees in Iran by their government.

Then he had the audacity to inform me Russia media was closely following this story.

Really? Like I give a damn what Russia has to say about anything.

These people actually exist out there and that is what is most frightening to me. More and more their bizarre views are being considered normal and common sense is being considered abnormal.

That more than anything disturbs me like nothing else. Their whining and crying about their actions or those of another which caused something to happen are being taken as truth and right rather than being outright laughed at.

I've asked before where are we headed and exactly what have we become where basic right and wrong are constantly questioned by people who seem to have lost the concept.

Where its about the people in the wrong being victims rather than the police they fight or other actual victims.

With the lack of comprehension of basic right and wrong along with the lack of taking responsibility for one's actions I wonder where we've gotten to and where we're going to.

Nowhere good for either, I fear.

Today I got another shock while watching the news.

Some man who busted into his ex-wife's home and killed her was finally arrested after a day long search for him. Interviewing his brother I watched as the brother said something to the effect of 'They're going to put him in a cage for the rest of his life and only animals should be in a cage. He ain't no animal.'

I mean this brother looked to be in his thirties if not forties and he believes something like that?

Its not inhumane to put a murdered in jail because it treats them like animals?

Well my solution is to just take em out back and shoot em but that doesn't seem to be a very popular opinion.

Then again if you're a killer are you really more than a wild animal anyway?

Oh and to add to my comments about race, guess what race they were?

And people wonder why racism exists. Not overly concerned that an innocent woman got cold bloodily murdered just that the guy who did it is going to jail for the rest of his life hopefully.

That isn't right according to the brother.

Well that's it for this one.
